Create a very slightly modified Excel ''Form'' (DataFormExcel) Command

Hello,

I would like to create a slightly modified Excel "Form" (DataFormExcel) Command for Excel 2007 clone. This is the one where you click on "Customize Quick Access Toolbar" in the upper left corner.

If it's possible to just modify that one, that would be great, if a clone would need to be made in VBA, that's fine too. All I care about is that all the functionality is there.

Basically, that "Form" command is perfect, except once you reach the end of the dataset, and click Next Record, it prompts you to create a New Record. Instead, I want it to loop to the beginning of the dataset, and start showing all records from the beginning. That is the only difference.
