You must research niche, keywords, & a domain name that will attract users and is appropriate for chosen keyword. I will buy the domain name according to niche and keywords used and arrange hosting once the parameters are agreed. My site must be fully operational and online generating the minimum required amount of cash for me daily with no intervention on my part. All practices must maintain my account in good standing.

Terms:

- Write the SEO optimized content, fully configure and update the website as needed to continue generating at least the minimum long term.

- Only white hat

- It can be as simple as a blog on bloggers spot.

- You MUST follow google adsense rules and regulations.

- Website/Adsense must have 100% Organic traffic clicks. no bots, automated or traffic buying/trading sites or paid services, NO Black Hat

- Do not use any illegal methods to drive traffic generate clicks on website.

- No pharma, violence, gambling, adult related content as dictated by adsense rules

- Site must generate income for the long term with $20 usd minimum 2yrs +

- All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing

- Must contain related images to niche topic

- Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads

- Welcome to add any related other income generating products as long as it doesn't distract from Adsense ads. Income from adsense should be minimum $20

- Unique organic traffic (no bots or traffic buy sites)

- Must Be Adsense optimized

- Have my Google Analytics plugin installed and linked to the same Google account as Adsense

-Tell me how you direct and increase traffic to the website. I should be earning daily without any work from my side

- Show me the proof of income after 30 days of launching a website, day by day statics to be provided: Unique Visitor, Unique clicks, ad clicked, text-ads clicked.

-Show me some of your previous website/blogs that you already created and are being profitable .

Payment after completion of work and arrival of first month adsense amount.
