I´m Shayna, a health coach & detox specialist. I teach women how to nurture and nourish themselves well. I focus on primary foods and avoid complex diets, fuss and counting calories.

Eating healthy should be easy and not take up too much of your time. Living a healthy balanced life is a work in progress, where self- discovery and mindset are core components.

I offer 1:1 sessions, health challenges, and a group detox program.

I need a simple site, with 4 basic pages, including one blog page.

I want the following plug ins: toast SEO, google analytics, smush, akishmet anti spam (or similar), tasty recipes.

Id like suggestions of 3 main colors and 2-3 accent colors in the same family and 2-3 fonts

I have one give away: healthy habits that I want to put on each page as an opt in.

Maybe also an opt in for a newsletter?

I also have another free gift that they can opt in to, and need a sign up box for that.

I want a simple page with white background.

I like the idea of the colors: warm light pink, grey, green - added colors yellow, gold, blue? Open to suggestions.

My old webpage is [login to view URL] - It has way too much info and is not functional. I also want to work under my own name from now on.

My other page [login to view URL] is very basic as well, and I would appreciate a professional having a look and see how it can be made better/ and captivating for clients to sign up for my program.
