I have hired a programmer to develop a social networking site, however as we get close to the finish line I have some concerns they do not have the programming experience to complete the site. The site is a fairly complex social media site, without disclosing too much information if you could program facebook type work that is essentially what i need. As mentioned, we are about 90% complete with some functionality that can't seem to be completed and some formatting issues that they do not seem to have the capability to complete.
I need this project completed ASAP.
