Hello everyone,

I need you to have a very good experience of creating custom software or script to work with Interactive Brokers TWS API.

it's not relevant what language you code it with. It supports C++, C#, VB and Java. I also saw some custom made java script modules to work with it (Node.js)

What I need is to have software or script which would perform custom market scanning. It would search for top gainers and top losers stocks (I need only corporations and ADR'S, there are custom scans for them), filter those scanner lists out for my custom list of companies and then to perform calculation of price ranges of each company from the scan in real time whenever last price comes in the estimated price range for this company, I will get ALERT to BUY or to SELL. The alert has to be triggered once, when the last price of stock come into the range.

To make estimation, you need to obtain historical monthly data for the stock. It is also possible with Interactive Brokers TWS API.
