Searching for a developer capable of doing a VPN client development and Integration based on existing app. Something similar to Astrill or Xpress vpn but much simpler - limited to 1 or 2 methods of connection and most of the development is already done and freely available online (some edit/development necessary).

It should include:

- Client software (info and app/software available online)

... Changes and editions necessary

... Several others

- Database (In MySQL and able to be controlled remotely)

... Safe remote connection/SSL

- Database install and setup guide 

... According to my needs

- User management

- Login/logout

- Traffic management and control

- Traffic usage

- Download/Upload connection related information

Based on proxy/socksv5 - Shadowsocks

Openconnect

There might be some changes. Ideas/improvements will be welcomed

Do note that I do not pay anything in advance or by parts. This because the whole project is interdependent.
