the following is required.
1. review the attached documents then bid.
2. draw the valve body - not all details are needed just a basic shape
3. draw a part file for the proposed insert shown on [login to view URL] - ensure it can fit between the remaining bolts on the valve.
4. check the maximum capacity of the insert by doing a stress analysis (use the material specs on 14D419.scope5.
5. draw up a set of drawings including - a cover page, a fabrication page for the manufacture of the insert, and 4 x lifting guideline drawings (a bit like the old drawing shown on [login to view URL]). the configuration for the lifts is shown on [login to view URL] which is a series of photos of a previous valve lift.
