I have a platform built on 8" x 16" cinder block piers 3 blocks high. Platform is 10' x 10' with 2" x 6" joists on 16" center. The hot tub is 82" x 82", the piers are set on 4' spacing around the perimeter of the tub and under the tub. The 10' x 10' platform is wrapped with 4" x 6" (double 2" x 6"). The decking is pressure treated #2 yellow pine. Will this support the 80 psf I need to support the tub?

Please provide a quote for approval of structural integrity.
