OpenVPN setup on MikroTik/Win7

Hi Freelancers!
I need assistance with setting-up an OpenVPN "server" on my MikroTik RB450G, and a "client" on Win7 and WinXP workstations. At the end of the project, the workstations should be able to connect to the MikroTik via OpenVPN, and access any of the resources on the network. Not all of the traffic should go through the tunnel, just the traffic that's designated for the remote network.
Another requirement is that I would like to watch the whole set-up, and learn how to do it myself.
I'd like to get this done in the next week or so.
