We have a big project coming in and we are looking to expand our "Team" of freelancers.

1) we will provide cad drawings( plans, elevations and sections) and site pictures and we need someone to build the space in 3D Max.

2) we will provide a list of furniture and objects and the freelancer has to find them online or model when necessary.

3) -OPTIONAL- finalize the scene with materials, lights, cameras and render it .

Candidate must have excellent skills in :

-reading Autocad DWG drawings,

-modelling, prefered a spline model style for the architectural part( walls, windows,partitions, etc) as it will change potentially

-modelling furniture

-texturing and shading

-lighting

-rendering

-must have a good level of English language.

Candidates must be able to deliver a render similar to attached example in max 3 days time.
