Become the Video Editor of a Multinational Brand - Silentium Project

I'm Martinho Cruz, Owner and Founder of Silentium Project, and we're looking for a video editor in exchange for a percentage of the 8% of the profits of our brand.

Silentium Project is a registered trademark based in Portugal, with a 9 member team from different nationalities, including many internationally awarded artists. Our main goal is to help people express themselves through art creation of any kind. We exist since February 2019 and since then we've managed to get to thousands of people from all over the globe. We do so with 3 steps:

- Inspire: we inspire people to create art of any kind in order to express themselves, through our social media platforms, through live speaking events and others. Our social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc).

- Teach: we have 5 professional artists as Coaches to give individual guidance to the clients on the diverse fields of art (Music, Writing and Poetry, Filmmaking and Photography), so that everyone can get help to get closer to his/hers artistic goals.

- Launch: we created the "Submission Program", where anyone can submit his/hers poem or song and, for a fee, they receive exclusive content made by pros to it (images or videos) for a really affordable price, as well as feedback and tips and a possible feature on our social media platforms, depending on our evaluation.

We post very frequently videos on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Blog and others and so we need someone who can edit the videos for us with what we film (product and creation reviews, personal videos, explanation videos, ad videos and many others) so that we can focus on further developing this brand. Note that we have launched these services on July 27th but have not market it yet, so if you say you're on board with this, you know that it means you're betting on this brand's success: if the profits are not much at the beginning, you'll get paid low, but if this explodes, you'll be paid 8% of the profits that we make after paying the team members of the services from the Coaching area and the Submission Program. Every video that you edit is Silentium Project's property and if you wish to post it on your socials, you have to have our authorization. Any further details will be discussed afterwards. This is a collaboration, so it's not anything that needs a legal contract - we make a deal to pay you 8% of the profits in exchange for you to edit every video that we ask you to (2-3 per week), for as long as we Silentium Project desire, as we can end this collaboration at any time.
