I need a short video that shows how customers order items from my website [url removed, login to view] (the site is still in development)

1. Customers pay items (on day 1)

2. Items will be delivered to Hookmart's warehouse (it takes about 1 day to the warehouse)

3. Customers decide which items to be packed together

4. Hookmart packs, measures weight and package dimension

5. Customers choose shipping method and pay for the shipping fee

6. Hookmart provides tracking number

7. Customer sign for parcel and allowed to leave feedback to items
