fix audio on MP4 to play on TV

I have a problem playing the below (dropbox link) MP4 file on my TV brochure.

The video works but we cannot hear the audio.
Please note the file plays on the computer and we can hear the sound but when I upload this file to my TV brochure the video plays but there is no audio.
Please also note we have three other mp4 video files on the TV brochure and they all play fine but for some reason this MP4 the video plays but there is no audio
I cannot figure why the audio does not play.
Can someone check the MP4 file and fix the issue?
