Professional design of front page

I have a basic web page that I want tidied up to look super professional. This would include ideas and colors etc to give it a "WOW" factor. I have the pictures that will be used on the site so its a matter of putting them all together. Please only those with examples of great front pages that they have done need apply for this job. The idea is to use the attached picture with ballons flying up on either side and flags under the children. The purpose of the site is to teach english.

## Deliverables

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
