Need a Voiceover for my explainer video script (ONLY FEMALE, native ENGLISH SPEAKER)

Hey,
I need a professional female voice over artist and a native English speaker to record their voice for my explainer video script. The script is approx. 390 words long. The tone of the voice must be happy and cheery as it's for a baby product (you'll see more in the script attached below).
My budget is fixed up to maximim of $60.
Script is also attached below (voice over parts are BOLD, ITALIC and UNDERLINED). The rest of instructions are here for me (an animator), but I also left them so you can see in detail what's it really about and so you can easily hit the right "tone" and flow.
