- Researching various public information on places and their jurisdiction such as all taxes (taxation of foreign income, corporate tax, individual marginal rate - minimum, average or maximum according to the sources, VAT, capital gains tax), climate data(average temperature, maximum temperature), cryptocurrency legality*, dual citizenship legality**, legality of homeschooling and access to big cities and countryside.
- Organizing this data into a LibreOffice Calc table with numbers*** and sources
A big city would be defined as a city with at least one million people.
I'd like small jurisdictional places such as different Swiss cantons or small places that include but may not be limited to all the places interviewed by the Free Cities project, that is Prospera City, Sark, etc... Other projects include but are not limited to Parisa Verde.
*-2 is illegal even as an investment, -1 is illegal as a payment method, 0 default without more info, 1 legal as a payment method
**-1 is clearly illegal 0 is unclear 1 is clearly legal
***legality of homeschooling would be converted into 1 illegal 2 rather restricted, e.g. curriculum to follow 3 no restrictions
How I would detail the process:
- at least one source of data is found for every pieces of information asked- this data is converted into Libreoffice, CSV and an SQL database (the order can be freely chosen), if possible through a web scrapping script that can be re-used later, the errors of the scrapping script being corrected manually anyway
- the conversion used from textual data (homeschooling/gun laws) may be detailed in a markdown
- if everything is done in less than 2-3 hours, I may extend the task to three sources that will have to be merged
