Need a custom private secured website to manage sale reps

I have created a sample excel (not nearly finish). There are 3 solutions. Either Excel Template or a Web base software or even an Ipad App. Must fit screen of ipad and mini ipad nicely as those are what I'm using.
I need to manage bookkeeping for about 10-15 nail tech with their daily services and commissions. Option to add nail tech as business grow.
Input Tab
-I would like to have a calendar built in where I can select a date (drop down or scroll menu is fine)
-Drop down or scroll menu to select a nail tech (Menu must auto update if I add a new technician)
-Box to enter service price nail tech earned.
-Box to enter tip in a different box.
-Submit button when clicked will record and report on report tabs
Report Tab
Option to select a single date and range of dates (max 30 days) to show report (work like credit card online statement report or paypal activities report)
Each column will report a day. How many column show up depends on date range selected above. List out each and all service each nail tech provide daily and total. List each tip amount and total tip as well
Report weekly amount and auto calculate 60% commission next to it. Salary will be the 60% commission plus the total of tip.

Report Monthly and Yearly of Business Revenue (total revenue of all technicians)
This needs to be secured and only logged in user can access and manage.
The idea of having this app or secured website or excel template is I will be holding an ipad walk around my salon and enter amount of service and tip as each nail tech earn daily. Report will be created daily so I can cross check at the end of each day. Weekly report will be used for pay roll. Service amount will be paid out as 60% commission. But the tip will be 100%, so that is why we need two separate boxes for those.
Please feel free to ask question. I'm not even sure how much project like this would cost because excel sheet will not be much, app or web might be more so tell me which method you propose or suggest and price.
