New Website Design and Development for Software Company

We need a new website designing and building for a new software company. The website must be completed within 2 weeks of commencement and all textual content will be provided as well as brand colours and logo. A strong design ability is imperative. The website will act as an explainer / brochure site that allows the user to log into a CMS. The CMS has already been developed and is not part of the remit.
The remit criteria is as follows:
- To be 10 pages
- To built using the latest version of WordPress and Widget ready
- To be responsive layout / multi device friendly
- HTML 5 to be used
- To be cross browser compatible with all browsers in the last 5 years.
- To have visual composer plugin installed
- To have revolution slider plugin
- To have other various plugins installed
- To have social media widgets installed
- To be optimized for SEO
- To be graphically appealing with original design
- Design of the website should be inspired by existing websites that we like and can provide examples of
- To have a fun, simple and quirky design look and feel
- Vector icons are to be used
- Playable video is to be integrated
- We must own all Intellectual Property relating to the website once payment has been made
- All code must be clean.
The applicant criteria is as follows:
- Must speak and write at the highest level of English
- Must have the highest level of communication skills. This is very important if the project is to be completed in an effective and timely manner.
- Must provide examples of previous work.
