I need a website created that will allow members to sign up and be given links randomly from a pool of links that is editable by the admin. The links will be for third-party "freebie" sites such as freebiemonster. Once the link is visited and the offer at said link is completed, the user will be paid a certain amount depending on the link. Some way of authenticating the completed offer will be necessary. It needs some sort or authenticating system[ip address?] to prevent fraud and multiple signups. Users must also be able to pay the website via Paypal or E-gold for their links to be placed into the pool. The users who pay for their links to be placed into the pool must have a tracking system to make sure they only get a pre-set amount of completed referalls.
