I have a small communication skills training consultancy called GC Workshops. GC Workshops is a boutique training and development consultancy. We specialise in creating a range of engaging learning solutions that enhance all forms of spoken communication required for successful business. Our team provides innovative, customised, skills-based training to enable your staff to connect and engage more effectively with others internally and externally and to get their spoken messages across with the desired impact.

I need to refresh my brand. I think a new logo would be useful and then I need a new website that also attracts the right target traffic. I can provide the copy.

I am wanting to narrow down my products (which are corporate training workshops) and come across as the highly professional, 'go to' expert in Melbourne (and nationally one day) for those products.

In particular I want to specialise in behavioural/skills based training in "managing challenging conversations"; "managing effective meetings" and "mastering trainin, ie train the trainerg"

My competitors are Maura Fay Group ([login to view URL] within 'Professional Development' and I want to attract learners from enrolling on the national accreditation TAE Certificate IV in Workplace Training and do my Train the Trainer course instead as it actually gives them skill development but the TAE doesn't.

I have attached 3 course brochures to give you an idea of the courses I offer and some copy re About GC Workshops and Our Method of training.
