I have a website [url removed, login to view] (wordpress). I have created a video I need embedded into it. I also will need the video uploaded to my hosting service. I have a low and hi res version of the video: an MP4 (446MB) and an AVI (67MB), not sure which one would be better . I would like for the video to start automatically when the page opens, but it's not a requirement if it will slow down loading the page.

I have one other small web design request for this project - one this same web page, I have 3 covers of magazines that I want to show in one horizontal row. Currently they show up on two rows.
