convert site & add apps.

I have a current website: [url removed, login to view]

1. I would like the entire website converted to a program so I can access it. Right now it is in some sort of CMS that was developed by my old designer. It is his proprietary program, he has moved, and now I can't access it easily. I would like to convert it so I can use Seamonkey or some other easy web program and make my own changes to the site when necessary.

2. I would like to put a SHARE app on the bottom of each of the paragraphs that go to the clips for the NOSTALGIA page, and the same apps on the bottom of all the other pages? I want a FB, linked in, twitter and e-mail app on each.
