I am trying to upload products through attached CSV file but it is giving error

Skipping import row, required field "sku" is not defined.

Secondly in the file the fields for up-sell, related products and cross-sell wont appear.

I download the file using System>Import/Export>DataFlow Profiles where I first export the file and then import the file.

I can share with you the test site details of my Magento store where you can do the test and if needed then also the FTP site.

Needs to fix it now.
