I need a coder with advanced skills

I own a healthy quick service restaurant situated in South Africa that I am attempting to grow into a multinational brand, for this I need good tech in order to get ahead of my established competitors.

We currently have a website designed on Wix and we have activated online ordering, but it is not exactly what we need. For example, Wix restaurants cannot remember customers log in details, it also cannot integrate PayFast so that we can accept online payments.

I have also been looking for a point of sale system that works for us and I cannot find what I am looking for.

I am now looking into coding everything from scratch to match exactly how I want it. I am aware that it is complex, expensive and will take time. I just need a estimated quote and I can make a decision. To help with costs, it can be done in steps and not all at once.

I need a website, similar to what we have now with online ordering, but it needs to be able to accept payments securely. It is also quite a few items and we have build your own options. Customers need to be able to create accounts and we should be able to capture their data. We should be able to create landing pages from our social media ads, that can convert into sales. It needs to have integrated gift cards, coupons, and our personal loyalty program. On our side, we need an easy way to accept the orders and see what was ordered. We need to be able to put an item out of stock and easily add offers with pictures and change our menu around.

We need a mobile/web app that is integrated with the website, and has all the features like online ordering, gift cards, coupons and loyalty points tracking. We want to offer specials on it as well. Just like the Mcdonald's app but a ton better, somehow. The app must be available on IOS and Android and have push notifications.

Both the website and app should allow customers to track their orders for our delivery service.

I need a point of sale system that is easy to use, it should integrate with delivery platforms like UberEats and should be integrated with our online ordering. We need a self-service ordering kiosk which is also integrated with the point of sale. It should possibly even integrate with our digital menu boards through a multimedia device. It should be easy for us to change the menu, add specials, and pictures. It must be professional and easy to use. It should integrate with card machines for payment as well as receipt printers. It should be able to split orders to different stations screens at the back. All food items to one stations screen, all drinks items to another. It should integrate with a screen that shows a breakdown of the orders for packaging purposes and a screen that indicates when orders are being prepared and when orders are ready for collection.

It is complex and I know even Mcdonalds cannot get it right. Their app and online ordering always has problems and has a bad user experience. At least in South Africa. There is a lot of front-end and back-end developing to do, everything needs to be modern, simple and good quality for attractiveness and ease of use for customers and employees. No glitches and no problems. It must be seamless. It must be low maintenance and I do not want to pay a lifetime of monthly fees.

Please let me know if this is possible to do or if I am thinking too many years ahead. I will choose standard budget but please just estimate how long it should take and at what rate per hour. Do not waste my time if you do not know how to code something like this.
