I need to setup a plugin in my wooComrece .It was working perfectly but not working now I have fresh files for this you can fix it . also plz bid if you can complete the task with in next one or 2 hours.

if someone picks product "A" and they pick fedex as a shipping option it will add $12 fee in the cart page. Right now it doesnt do anything.
I know it works as another guy got it to work but then all of a sudden it stopped and he has no idea how he fixed it or how to get it working again.
