WE are strictly following some designs and criteria so go through the guidelines in detail.
Any development environment is acceptable ,
you want to make websites either by java or css or by anything

Basically we want to make website just like it but with more seo optimization , so just make sure you see all blog post design [login to view URL] and forms design + ads layout menu layout ,we need code editor too as same as provided in this website so we highly recommend to go through the whole website layout tour before contacting us, + ads section too in each posts,
IN future we want a app too for this website so its a large project
