Need someone with strong face tracking skills to build an App that will follow eyes/mouth on camera and allow to place any PNG with holes for eyes and mouth over it. (a bit like face swap) It must follow face faultlessly, and allow to then change color toning to match that of PNG.

Idea was originally for Android but can be for Win10 PC if it means it will work better.

Need results comparable to After Effects motion tracking.
