I have wordpress website with some template. I need change code for expiration of accounts. look at this support please,

I did everything from this support forum, but after changes of the accounts from higher to lower role, are in lower level active capabilities of higher level. I need disable capabilities of higher level after changing account to lower level. what do you thinking about this?

I thinking about two ways (but I want only one):

1) You will change it in code and send me code and process, or

2) You create for admin of site, in his settings, rollup field, in part for accounts setting with options of role (look at attachment picture).

Can you write me price for first way and price for second way, please?
