I run two companies - an ERP company doing ERP type business, and then a company doing UAV related work (drone work)

I need a person who can help me to build the skeleton of the new website for the UAV part. I did draw out the layout, but tghis person need to point me to the ebst theme to use, and then build me the basic building blocks. I will then customize the website myself, or wil re-hire the person to do specific task's
