In charge of developing DA set for both projects: Been in constant contact with consultants. Good knowladge of BCA, Australian Standards, LEP and DCP. +Prepared 3D digital file for council 3D Printing model.

Main Responsibilities:
+In charge of developing DA documentation. This included the production of the necessary plans and visiting the institution once a week with regular meeting to present project and consolidate the council requirements for approval.
+ I was part of a team, participating in the architectural design process. We were responsible for coordinating the design requirements with specialists (M & E, structural, LEED) and we develop the project documentation for tender and construction processes.
+Responsible for coordinating the production of renders, mockup and 3D Model video for Sales purposes.

Multi Residential - VILLANOVA

BBVA BANK TOWER - CATALINAS

I got involved with this project in a final stage of design, continued with all documentation at the time it was starting the construction of under floors. An important bank put eyes on the building and bought 70% of it. This generated a big challenge for us, as we had to re-design and adapt the project to banking standards and requirements. This involved developing an auditorium and a banking branch among other things.

Main Responsibilities:
+Prepared a complete documentation and gathering together all the specifications for tender and construction processes.
+In touch with different consultants (structuralist, mechanics and inclusive sustainability for LEED Certificated), coordinating all engineer inputs

Project: Alteration, Addition and renovation of 400m2 commercial office. I was directly contracted by the client, in charge of design and project management.

Main Responsibilities:
+Design and managed refurbishment project. +Site survey and assessment. +Outline brief. +Developed sketches, space planning and plan drawings. +Created design and construction documentation, Joinery detailing, finishes selection, specification, scheduling and FF&E. +Design new facade. +Develop project timeline and Gantt for staging strategies. +Liaise with builders, trades and other consultants, regular sites meetings with the client. +Organised quotes. Co-ordinate suppliers.

I worked out feasibility, concept design and design development stages according to client brief and site limitations. In charge of produceing DA Architectural Set, been in close contact with consultants. Good knowledge of BCA, Australian Standards, LEP and DCP.
