I am a new Freelancer but I am not new to freelancing. In 1997 I founded my company, Smart IT Ltd in Worcester in the UK and I specialise in the development of bespoke database applications for small and medium businesses. In my view, it is vitally important to understand these processes so that all development provides sound foundations for future requirements.
