R-script for extract data from Pdf to Csv
Election commission of publishes list of voters in a pdf format. We created the program to convert these pdfs to csv. It has voter details such as ID, Name, Father or Husband name, Age, Gender and address .. All arranged as a small square table. In a given page it will have 3 columns and probably 10 to 15 rows. So total 40 or 50 voters per page.
