Software Developer specialized in .NET

A software developer specialized in .NET technologies, but also experienced in other programming languages such as C++, Java and Delphi. I am highly interested in working on projects that include software development, preferably including data visualization or 3D graphics programming. If there's a bit of industrial automation and/or microcontrollers included, all the better. Projects that I've worked on so far include: - enterprise applications for companies and private contractors globally, - game development (2D and 3D - Unity), - casino game development (including microelectronics and casino hardware equipment), - design and development of mechatronic systems based on PID control, - robot-human interfaces via Internet technologies (including robot programming).

"Planseta" (en. plane-table) is a software package used by "Protivgradna Preventiva Republike Srpske" (en. "Hail Prevention of Republic of Srpska"), the only company responsible for hail prevention on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Planseta is the most crucial IT component of day-to-day operation of the company. Combined with sensitive data gathered from weather stations and surveillance radars, application suite allows operators to coordinate hail-prevention action and control rocket launchers throughout the country. Fully configurable, featuring user-friendly and intuitive interface, this software package is in constant development with new features being introduced every few months. Front-end application is developed in C# and it uses DevExpress components to enhance user experience. Graphics display window uses XNA (DirectX) to render animated graphics in real time constantly reflecting real-world information.

Ra is another software solution used by "Hail Prevention of Republic of Srpska". It consists of two components. Server front-end application is used by weather radar operator allowing him to enter weather-related data which is automatically being stored on central server. Clients listen for incoming data and serve it to other members of the team, providing them with crucial information on request. Notification system allows team members to instantly be alerted of newly available radar readings. Upon receiving new data, client application interacts with third-party software package via Windows API, automating mundane tasks and allowing staff to concentrate on more important tasks. Both components are written in C# programming language and they are using TCP/IP protocol for the communication. Server component is using SQLite as a back-end database solution. Also, both parts of the application suite are using DevExpress components to enhance user experience.

It is based upon heavily modified template and the whole user interface has been designed from ground up. Joomla is a content management system allowing students to publish news, image galleries as well as participate in online forum. The website relies on a number of existing Joomla components and extensions, but there are also a few custom-developed components. The website is available at http://www.stormbl.org.

Need Program to Compile Data From Website - Functional Requirements included
Nikola is a very hard working developer. We worked together for one month and he made it very easy to develop my software. Not only is Nikola a talented coder, his communication skills are also very strong. He takes time to understand and clarify requirements and asks a lot of valid questions. He makes good recommendations and is very articulate when explaining his point of view or an area of work in question. He has a developed sense of project scoping, and stays on track minimizing scope creep. We exchanged over 60 messages during our time together and every one he typed was informative, well written, and well phrased. During testing Nikola went the extra mile to work out every bug diligently diligently with a lot of explanation of the fixes he was implementing.
