Product: OMNI - A multi-network ( AIM, ICQ, MSN, Yahoo, Napster, Gnutella) and multipurpose (Instant messaging, peer-to-peer file sharing) communication program. It allows people to cross-chat with contacts on different messaging networks, search and download shared files, maintain a
common contact list across all networks.

Work Synopsis:
Implemented the the basic framework for
writing a multinetwork client.
Developed connectors to the MSN, ICQ and Yahoo networks.
I also cowrote parts of the Napster and Gnutella connectors.
I wrote the main parts of the GUI for this project.

This project involved extending MultiCAD
to provide for drawing of electronic circuits.
I developed a symbol editor.
The symbol editor was used in the project to create custom
symbols and symbol libraries.

Description: Thesis Submission System
Implementation of a web based abstract submission system for internal usage in IIT Bombay. This project was implemented using Apache/Perl/CGI on Linux. It allowed users to enter the abstract of their thesis online. It automatically generated a PostScript file from it and allowed the user to print it. It provided user level security with auto login time-out.
