Communication was an issue with the freelancer, I hired the developer after we had a conversation about my project and he advised me that he was good and qualified for the project. He failed to follow through on his word of working toward starting the project. I hired on Tuesday he advised he needed 2 days to complete a previous project. I reached out to him on Monday and he advised he still hasn't setup the local. Good communication is the key to a successful work relationship
