I am specialize in testing web-based applications, both manually and with automated testing tools. I have 4+years of industry experience testing large scale applications that demand constant up-time. As a Computer Science major, I am not satisfied with simply clicking through a website. I analyze each test case until I am satisfied that the problem at hand is truly being tested from all angles. By doing this I try to reduce tests that seem good but are unnecessary. In turn, I look for test cases that may not be apparent from the outset. This holds true for both manual and automated tests. Truly understanding the code and approaching testing from a scientific angle is what attracts me to this field.
