OpenGL Animation & Intonation Software Update from OpenGL 2 to OpenGL 4

The original project was supposed to start on 10/20/2016. On 10/21 I specified that it would need to be finished by 11/2. On 10/24 I was promised the first demo file by end of day on the 25th. "this will not take too long from me to complete it." was the quote on the 24th. On the 25th he said he would provide the first demo. On the 28th I asked again... more delays. On the 30th I finally got the first file - 10 days after starting. The program received did not have comments, instructions or ANYTHING. I had to ask for those things and wait another day for them. Since the 28th I have been promised more files and have received nothing. It is now the 6th - 4 days past when it was to be completed and I have nothing usable to show for it. Yet again I was promised files delivered evening of the 5th and have not heard from the developer since his promise of delivery. This developer has cost me a client who was expecting my presentation on the 9th and is now no longer interested in what I have to offer since I have NOTHING TO OFFER.

Study on retardance due to well-ordered birefringent cylinders in anisotropic scattering media.

We report an anisotropic tissue model containing well-ordered birefringent cylinders. Using simulations and experiments, we examined the different polarization features for nonbirefringent and birefringent cylinders and analyzed the influence of the birefringent cylinders on the retardance obtained from Mueller matrix polar decomposition.
