My main goal at the company was to improve the engineering teams culture and methodologies. The company had 3 different teams for each part of the product. At the same time there were 4 different stacks: back-end, front-end, mobile development, QA.

After a year and a half that I successfully worked for the company as a team leader I became the CTO. My scope of work changed a little bit. I had to create the road map of the the product, hire people and define the priority of the work. I still provided mentoring and coaching and worked as a programmer.
