NIAT Certified Bookkeeper

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology at the University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos and took my Master's in Public Administration at STI West Negros University. I have been working in the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental, Philippines, for five years now. I entered the office as an Administrative Assistant and was promoted as a Statistician after two years of showcasing my skills and efforts to our government. Moreover, I am also running an aquafarm and a hardware and construction supply business. Prior to my aforementioned government job and ventures, I worked as a bank teller where my patience, customer service, and problem-solving skills had developed and sharpened. As a bank teller, we are not only in charge of the cash handling, consolidating checks and payments but we are also transmitting the reports of our collections to their designated government agencies. It's been a great experience to be working in a bank since it will develop your professional skills especially when you are dealing with different people from different walks of life. As an addition to my work experiences, I have my internship at the Bureau of Internal Revenue, a Philippine government agency. I also had my part-time job during my college days at Abaca Solutions (PH) Inc., a Canadian accounting firm, and Focus Direct Inc, a BPO company, as a customer service representative. I was also an Online English teacher for Korean students. With all the abovementioned acquired experiences, hereunder are my skills that might be of great help in achieving your desired output: 1. Answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence 2. Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments 3. Data Gathering and converting it into useful information using graphs and Powerpoint presentation. 4. Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes) 5. managing databases 6. Formulation of Strategic and Annual Budget Plans 7. Prioritizing workloads 8. Implementing new procedures and administrative systems 9. Liaising with relevant organizations and clients 10. coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks 11. Bookkeeping, Accounts Receivables and Payables. 12. Auditing 13. Document processing 14. Logging or processing bills or expenses 15. Acting as a receptionist and meeting and greeting clients 16. Proofreading 17. Article writing. 18. Writing a communication letter and disseminating it to different offices. 19. Project Proposal writing. I am a person of great reliability and I can assure that whatever tasks as long as it is in line with my skills will be given to me, you can expect excellent output and without delay in submission.
