The span/length of the cantilever beam across the wind tower are different at every level. They are longer at lower base then on the upper levels. The reason is that the tower can support more bending moment at lower level and also the bigger the spread of the turbine blade, the more efficient/power generation comes from the generator.

This paper proposes a coupling analysis of the electromagnetic and thermal-fluid fields in an interior permanent magnet motor for electric vehicles. Both electrical and magnetic materials have temperature-dependent properties.
