Palletizer
This machine was designed by me and fabricated by my engineerig team for Coca-Cola beverages in Sri Lanka .This machine runs 24 hours without an operator. My duties and responsibilities * Design the machine. * Conduct and supervise Design team. * conduct electrical and electronic team. * Conduct and supervise fabrication team. A mojor crisis was arised at the line 1 in Coca-Cola beverages due to the bottleneck of the end of the line. Labours could not stack catroons (full of PET bottles) due to the weight of the cartoons and the line speed. My job was to find a solution and eliminate the bottleneck. So the solution was a palletizer and I designed this machine by myself with the help of my colleagues. This machine automaticaly stacks cartoons on to the pallets and transport them to the end of the machine through a roller conveyor and a fork lift carries them from the machine to the warehouse.
