Update Joomla site wiht PHP 5.6 to at least 7.4 The site i hosted at Siteground

I have a goofy small chat in VB and ASP and would like users to be able to select emoji. Maybe some way of just entering this in the text box :) = (a smile face) or entering this :( = ( a sad face ). This is just a play chat for me and a few friends. This not a production chat and don't have a lot of money. Would like this done now! You would think there is a simple solution rather than a emoji picker script. Your ideas are welcome

Hi Sergii T., I have put the back up from the previous server in the new server. Every time I try to install Joomla I don't receive the files from the folder that are inside for example the parent folder public_html (example e-brands would have to get information from public_html) and so it only presents me the basic installation of Joomla without my own content. I use the attached registration page on my site for users to register and/or proceed to the subscription payment page. Once a user has registered, they receive a 'Welcome' email. This page can be seen live here: However, I am getting lots of 'Mesage Delivery Failure' notifications as these 'Welcome' emails have been sent to emails that don't exist. There is clearly a bot (or some other process) that is getting past the reCAPTCHA function on this page and registering lots of accounts. When I use <include> commands, there are instances where the clickable drop-downs in the header don't work and there are other instance where the font size in the drop-downs in the header is smaller than on other pages.
