Collect data from websites and enter into a spreadsheet

I am looking to compile a list based on all the business improvement associations and chamber of commerce directories located across Canada. If this is completed satisfactorly I will also be looking to complete the same project for the USA.
Below are the instruction on how I would like this completed. Someone else started the work 2 years ago and I do have those spreadsheets so you can either take the work already prepared and review/edit it as some of the businesses may now be closed and new ones may have taken their place or you can start from scratch.
The first tab of the Excel should list out the name and website of every BIA directory in Ontario. The list of BIAs in Ontario is here [login to view URL]
Then the second tab will be the name of the first BIA in the list which is Acton. On the Acton BIA website [login to view URL] there will be a membership directory. On this site it is under a tab called Local Business and there are 8 sections. You have to go into each section and get the contact information for each member. So the first section under local business is called Dining in Action and is found here [login to view URL] You would then take that list and put it into excel and then go to the next section called Food and Incidentals and so on.
Once Acton is complete you would create a 3rd tab on the spreadsheet for the Albion Islington Square BIA. You would then repeat the same process.
I would like to know the following for each business - name of the business - Contact person/Owner if available, mailing address (address, city, province, postal code), phone number, website and email address.
Places like Pizza Pizza, McDonalds, Banks (Scotia, Bank of Montreal, TD, CIBC), Subway, Telus, Rogers, Bell, Shoppers Drug Mart, Giant Tiger, Walmart, Metro, No Frills, Loblaws, H&R Block, Deloitte and Touche, Ernst and Young, LA Fitness, Good Life Fitness can all be ignored or deleted if they are already included on the sheets I sent you.
