Custom OSCommerce 2.3.3 build with design & custom modules.. pdf attached - repost

I made a bad hiring decision. This job was awarded to a freelancer 70 days ago or so. He claimed it would be finished in 20 days and that was unacceptable to me but i had faith. I'm loosing faith in the [url removed, login to view] community and very close to never sending my work abroad again. I want a developer, not a project manager, not some guy who thinks he knows what he's doing. If your not capable of accomplishing task at a rapid pace then don't bid because you wont like dealing with me. I want good communication efforts and progress updates daily.

Our company had many endeavors in place awaiting our new build of which all went to waist because this jackass of a freelancer couldn't get his job done. We take our business very seriously and expect you to do the same. If you don't take the time to read the pdf then dont bid. If I have one notion that you didn't read the pdf before bidding, communications will be cut off immediately. I will set the milestone payments and release milestone payments when files are tested approved and in my possession, no acceptions. I'm not loosing any more money to garbage freelancers.

I've spent money on this builds progress already and expect someone to pick up from where he left off if possible. A lot of design work is already done. Whatever you feel the best route to take can be discussed but I expect your bid to take into account the progress that has been made. I provide this as a reference because I dont have possession of these files, nor will I. I would look at it and navigate it and play with it so you have a good idea of the direction it was headed. The project details can be found at this link [url removed, login to view] In a nutshell i intend on having one large catalog (20,000 + products) managed by many admins but only certain zip codes assigned to customer groups will be able to order certain products. Our customer base is set to extend into different areas and different suppliers wont necessarily stock the same items, nor charge the same price. This job entails the complete finished store.
