\"Install specials maintenance\" and \"convert a copy\" for oscommerce 2.3.3

I need you to take the "Specials Maintenance - Administration" ([login to view URL]) contribution and install it (fully functioning) onto my exisitng oscommerce 2.3.3 website build. Then i need a second copy converted to handle Backend Sale Pricing information rather than Specials Pricing. Convert it into its own seperate module. I need it modified to handle 4 additional fields that will only hold significant for backend purposes. A sale price, sale location, sale price start date and end date fields. None of this data will present, nor matter to the customer, I dont imagine front end stuff should be of any relevance for the conversion. NOTE: Due to screen room constraints I feel it's best to seperate this sale pricing maintenance from the specials maintenance page and call it completeley seperatley. There should be a button that empties the date of these fields in its entirety. There should be a prompt popup for confirmation so that no accidental resets occur. On the invoice page. It will tell us the sale price field and sale location for any designated products within the order. Even if the sale pricing data has past it should still tell us.
