Develop Existing "Auction Sniper" Application And Make It Cloud-Based

I'm partnered in a marketing company that's developing software for the SEO industry.

We have an existing application that connects with the GoDaddy Domain Auctions and "bid-snipes" the auction in the last few minutes.

The software functions well and does its job on "bid-sniping" GoDaddy. "Bid-sniping" means it places a bid in the last few seconds of the auction.

I'm looking for a seasoned developer that can take apart the application and develop it into a product with the following attributes:

-Make it CLOUD-BASED. This way people don't have to download the app with Windows and have it running from their computer, but can just login into a browser and quickly snipe the auctions.

-Guarantee that software can keep running (provide technical support)

I'm looking for someone that's a self-starter and has VERY strong attention to detail. You must be able to speak and communicate in English very well and attend meetings on skype during U.S. Central Time (-6). We are based in Chicago, IL.

Our timeline to complete this project is short (30 days) so we need someone that can meet a deadline and have it ready for launch. We also have an opening for a SEO software developer position depending on performance of this job.
