I'm searching for a Human Resource specialist with mid-level experience, ready to manage various aspects of recruitment in my Researching Organization. The primary focus will be on identifying potential candidates, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and overseeing the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing end-to-end recruitment process

- Candidate sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing

- Background verifications and references checks

Ideal Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in the recruitment sector

- Excellent communication skills

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
