Please do not respond to his project unless you have deep understanding of mixed effects modeling and are very comfortable with R package lme4 and supporting libraries.

The aim of this project is to conduct exhaustive diagnostics on a fitted lmer model and write-up the model’s results. The diagnostics should be at the level of a reviewer challenging the analysis. The write-up should be at the level of a practitioner describing practical significance.
