Company Description:. A manufacturing company for customized window covering system, like venetian blinds, roller blinds and other curtains.
Job Description:
1. Install Open source ERP system (Odoo or other without annual fee) on cloud (Amazon EC2 or others), and related necessary security (blocking bots logging);
2. Fully Multilingual, including Products, Customers, Vendors, with address; (UTF-8);
3. PDF output with fonts (UTF-8);
4. Outgoing Email (Incoming for optional);
5. Image as Virtual Signature for approval;
5. Custom Report & Analytics;

Phase 1
Sales + Accounting (Chart of accounts) + Purchase + Reports
Sales
1. Products are categorized in "components/material/fabric" & "systems"
2. Product parameters are "width", "min width", "height", "min height", "area", "min area", and "fixed price".
3. "Components" may sell in pieces or by length (height)
4. "Systems" are selling with particular "material/fabric" or without, and calculated by area. (ex. System Area Price + Fabric Area Price)
5. "Fabric" can be sold along with particular "System" Category only (ex. Roller fabric for Roller blinds and vertical blinds; alum Venetian slats for venetian blinds only)
6. A site location shall be applied on every sales document and searchable.
Accounting
1. multi deposit Invoice (NOT INVOICE), a prepayment, does not calculate in receivable amount, unless balance invoice
2. Templates for daily/monthly vouchers;
WORKS WILL BE CARRIED ON PHASE 2 & 3
