English to Finnish and Danish Translators Needed

We need Finnish and Danish translator(s) for a big amount of ongoing translation. I have formed a team of translators for the work, but I want to increase the number of team members for a faster and better job.
The text is on a machine for lasers used in treatment of eye sight problems. Though the text is on this medical field, it is fairly easy and written with a very nice English.
The translators must have experience in translation and display it.
The translation will be done with Trados 2007 or Trados 2009. You can download it from the internet if you don't have it. You can use the trial version for free for a month.
Please bid for 5000 words as a beginning. For the repititions in translation that are done authometically by Trados, 25% of the rate will be paid.
Payment: 45 days after the end of the project.
Early bidders will be given priority.
